DAY 14...Fall Forward
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be cowardly or fearful, because the Lord your God is with you in all things, wherever you go." - Joshua 1:9
With Daylight Savings time, this is an appropriate day to discuss falling forward. What does this mean?
Denzel Washington talks about the importance of falling forward. Learning from your mistakes and growing. He talks about why it's important never to quit. Here are some excerpts from a commencement address he gave. (You don't need to watch the video as much as listen to his words).

You are going to fail at some point. Don't be discouraged by that. Learn from it and fall forward. You may fail a million times. Fall forward. Never give up.
It takes courage to do what you're doing. It takes an extreme amount of courage to tell someone what you're struggling with. By doing that, you're doing the best thing you can possibly do for your life. You will heal and you will have better relationships because of it. You will feel less alone and you'll feel whole. And in the moments when you don't feel whole, when you fail. Fall forward.
