DAY 58...Be Still

"Be still, and know that I am God”

After 10 minutes of doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. JUST BE STILL. Follow Today's Instructions.
Today's Instructions:
A. Pray for the day, for friends, for family, for enemies. Thanksgiving, Requests, Praise.
B. In the Fortify Program, Update the battle tracker. Go to week eight and check out "Working Hard or Hardly Working" and "When Was the Last Time You Worked Really Hard."
C. Go to the daily readings and read today's Scripture.
D. Journal the following: 1. Do you find it encouraging that God knows you 2. Does that add weight to the love He has for you?

Today's Tips: When the urges come get up. Stop. Breathe. Pray. Stop what you're doing and take ten minutes to do NOTHING.

God give you strength. See you tomorrow.
